Transport Cost & Transport Damage
You can find all relevant information listed in our shop under "Delivery & Transport Cost".
Any damages during transport are fully covered by the logistic partners of this shop. However, any claims will have to be reported immediately (within 3 days).
Please report any damages to us immediately.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value for all countries is USD 125. Lesser order values are accepted but a flat service fee will be charged for processing the order.
Subject to Availability & Conditional Sale
All goods shall remain property of Our United Mission Pvt. Ltd. until payment has been received in full.
Delivery of all goods by us shall be subject to the proviso that the goods are actually received by us correctly and in time and that we shall not be liable for non-availability of the same. All claims to compensation shall be ruled out except where they are based on gross negligence. If delivery takes more than 4 weeks and we have not informed you about the same, you are entitled to cancel the sale.

Dear customer: We do our best to always delivery the goods as soon as possible. We understand the urgency and regardless of the order value, we will process your order in the fastest possible time. But please also understand that not EVERYTHING is possible the very next day. Even nature requires time to grow and mature some of our products. Just think of it this way: The fruit of patience is always sweet.
Guarantee & Warranty
We reserve the right to repair or replace defective goods. If the re-delivery is again defective or if the repair has been unsuccessful, the purchaser has the right to cancel the contract or demand a reduction in the price accordingly. For information regarding any vendor warranty, please refer to the respective product documentation.
Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
Right of Return
You are no longer bound to your order if you return the goods within two weeks of receipt to our direct service address at our risk and cost.
If the goods cannot be shipped as a parcel, simply send us a written demand of return, no explanation is required. If you are returning damaged or worn goods, the legally accepted amount is deducted; you can avoid this by checking only for the functionality of the item and by then returning the item in its original packaging without any signs of usage.
Important: Specially made or individually ordered goods may be excluded from exchange/return! These (few) products are clearly marked! If you are not sure if the product is what you are looking for, why not get some free advice by chat, e-mail or phone?
Excluded from return are:
* Drugs that are made as per customer's specifications or customized to suit individual requirements or drugs that due to their condition may not be suited for a return or drugs that are likely to get spoilt or drugs where the expiry date has passed.

Prices
For prices, please refer directly to our online shop. With publication of this price list, all earlier price lists become invalid. - This price list will be valid until publication of a new price list. Should your order reach us only after publication of a new price list, then we will inform you of the new price so that you can decide if you wish to continue with the order. The same applies for wrong prices due to print or software errors.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are recommended retail prices for end consumers. On vendor price lists and sliding-scale/bulk order price lists prices represented are net prices.
Jurisdiction & Severability clause
The following is applicable in the B2B segment: Regardless of the amount in dispute, jurisdiction for all disputes, including bill of exchange and cheque disputes, arising under or relating to this contract shall be Auckland, New Zealand.
If any part of this contract is declared invalid or incomplete the remaining portion shall continue in full force and effect.
